| Description | > Captain's Chair: Positioned in the exact center on a raised platform and featuring armrests with built-in communications controls, alert triggers, and data view screens. > Conn and Helm: Located directly in front of the Captain's Chair, this dual console is manned by the Helmsman and Navigator at all times and is used to steer the ship, plot and adjust course, as well as control weapons. > Science Station: To the right of the Captain's Chair, is used to scan alien ships and spatial phenomena. > Communications: To the Captain's left, features an audio-spatial matrix and is used to facilitate communications, provide translations where needed, and maintain/update the universal translator. > Engineering and Environmental Controls: Back along the curved walls, displays system statuses and monitors structural integrity. > Defense/Tactical Monitoring: Stations dedicated to shields, phasers, and photon torpedo monitoring. > Main Viewscreen: Directly in front of Conn/Helm provides an external look at deep space, approaching vessels, and anomalies. > Turbolift Access > Strip lighting that flashes red during "Red Alert" and amber during "Yellow Alert". |
